Personal Introduction

Hello my name is Trinette Charleson, I'm the owner and founder of Empowered Warrior, a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental space, where you can switch off from the outside world and come home to yourself. 

 I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Teacher, Intuitive Healer, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher and Energy Space Clearer, currently completing my final year of a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine/Dietetics).

I have had the privilege of working with clients for over twenty years across Melbourne, as well as Nationally and Internationally. More recently setting up my business in the beautiful suburb of Sandringham.

Over the years I have facilitated various Women's Empowerment Workshops, Meditation Classes, Massage, Reiki Healings and teach Reiki Level 1, Level 2, Level 3a and Level 3b.  

I spent 26 years working as a police officer in Victoria Police, retiring in 2022 as a Senior Sergeant, where I was directly exposed to children, adolescents and adults who were victims of trauma; as well as colleagues. 

My approach is authentic and transparent and I have a deep desire to empower children, adolescents and adults in a nurturing, healing and supportive environment, free from judgement.
